✔ Records in Scotland
✔ Records in Northern Ireland
If your record is held by Police Scotland or the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the process is almost identical to the ACRO Record Deletion Process used in England and Wales.
Both forces accept applications to delete cautions, arrests, or non-conviction data where the record is old, isolated, or no longer proportionate to retain.
We can prepare and submit these requests on your behalf directly to the relevant force under Part 3 of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (Law Enforcement Processing), following the same eligibility and evidence standards as ACRO cases.
