Instructing Police Record Removal (PRR): I authorise and appoint Police Record Removal, a trading style of Internet Erasure Ltd, Company Registration Number 13916445, of Suite 5, 5th Floor City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN (henceforth PRR) as my agent to:
    1. Review and analyse police records relating to me, including ACRO certificates, PNC entries, non-conviction data, cautions, arrests, NFA outcomes, and other police-held information relevant to my case.
    2. Prepare, draft, and submit applications for deletion of police records under the ACRO / NPCC Record Deletion Process, including submissions to the originating police force, and to act on my behalf in all related correspondence.
    3. Request additional evidence from me (or, with my further authority, from third parties) including documents, timelines, context, or supporting material required to strengthen the deletion request.
    4. Prepare and submit appeals, including internal force reviews, ICO appeals, ICO case reviewer submissions, and PHSO complaints, where appropriate and at PRR’s discretion, and to deal with all related communications on my behalf.
    5. Submit deletion or correction requests directly to Police Scotland or the PSNI where the record originates in Scotland or Northern Ireland, using the equivalent Data Protection Act 2018 (Part 3) routes, and manage all associated correspondence.
    6. Perform any additional work required to seek the deletion of my police records, biometrics, custody images, or other law enforcement data held about me, under the scope of this agreement, and to act on my behalf in all related communications.

    Client Responsibilities & Confirmations
    I confirm and agree that:
    1. All information I provide to PRR is true, accurate and complete. PRR accepts no liability for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes caused by omitted, inaccurate or misleading information.
    2. I will cooperate reasonably with PRR, including providing documents, timelines, statements or evidence when requested. I understand that failure to cooperate may delay or prevent the completion of my case.
    3. I understand that the timescale for deletion of police records varies between cases and that decisions remain solely with the relevant police force, ACRO, the ICO, the PHSO or other authorities, but that PRR will keep working until they are successful on my behalf, no matter how many submissions or appeals are required.
    4. This agreement covers police record deletion only. Services such as media content removal, reputation management, defamation actions, DBS appeals, civil claims against the police, or other legal work fall outside the scope unless expressly agreed in writing.
    5. PRR is not responsible for decisions made by employers, the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), safeguarding bodies, immigration authorities, or any third party, even after police record deletion.
    6. I am responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to the disclosure of unspent convictions.
    7. I will not publish any review or comment publicly until PRR confirms that my case is fully concluded.

Data Protection: I consent to PRR:
    1. Processing and storing my personal and sensitive data relating to past allegations, arrests, cautions or police matters.
    2. Sharing my information confidentially with police forces, ACRO, the ICO, the PHSO or equivalent bodies strictly for the purposes of advancing my deletion request.
    3. Restricting access to PRR’s own internal templates, methodologies, legal arguments or other IP, which may be redacted where necessary.

Fees: I have been accepted under a fixed fee agreement. No further fees will be charged unless additional work is requested by me and agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property: I agree that PRR’s processes, arguments, templates, formats and internal documents constitute proprietary intellectual property and I will not share these with any third party without PRR’s written permission.

    Cooling Off:
I am free to cancel this agreement at any time within 14 days of signing, by sending an email to [email protected]. I confirm however that I would like the service to begin immediately, and not after the 14-day cancellation period.
